V-Ductor Velocity Intake

Velocity stacks have long been used by racers to improve performance by directing air flow directly into the intake, while increasing air density. Unfortunately stacks do not allow for proper filtering or convenient installation for street use. The V-Ductor acts as a velocity stack inside your air cleaner assembly. Simply install between your carburetor or throttle body and the air cleaner backing plate for true bolt-on performance you can feel.

Carburetors and fuel injected throttle bodies are designed to draw air straight inward where fuel and air is mixed before passing to the combustion process. Both stock and high-flow air cleaners supply air at a perpendicular or right angles, thus changing the direction of flow creating unwanted turbulence. The turbulent air flow loses speed and density as it enters, decreasing fuel mixture efficiency.

CVP's V-Ductor provides a straight path for airflow while increasing velocity and air density.
